On the first phone

Open Settings, then recovery words. Copy them offline. Never paste them into random websites.

On the new phone

Install the same APK. Choose "I already have Mail" and enter the six words in order.

Sync

Keep both online briefly so mail and chat catch up. Then use either phone.
